General Pants is one of Australia and New Zealand's most iconic fashion retailers, and we're on the hunt for a driven Senior Sales Assistant to bring the GP energy to life at our [insert store] store. As a Senior Sales Assistant, you'll drive the GP experience through authentic customer connections and genuine selling energy, while taking ownership of store operations - opening, closing and keeping our systems running. You'll play a key role in developing the team around you, leading floor recovery and merchandise refresh, and stepping up as the go-to person on shift.

What You Will Be Doing

- Creating a genuine and positive experience for every customer, and owning your KPI performance to drive store sales targets and results
- Opening and closing the store in line with GP security procedures, alarm management and daily checklists
- Mentoring and coaching team members, helping them build product knowledge, confidence and capability on the floor
- Leading floor recovery and merchandise refresh to keep the store commercial and on-brand
- Acting as the go-to person on shift for questions,



escalations and problem solving when a manager isn't on the floor
- Supporting loss prevention, stock management and store presentation standards at all times

What We're Looking For

- 1-2 years' experience in a retail, hospitality or customer-facing role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, stay organised under pressure and maintain high standards
