About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and drive the performance of multiple business units or retail stores within the assigned geographical area.
- Develop and execute area-specific strategies to achieve sales, profit, and operational targets.
- Provide strong leadership, coaching, and development to direct reports (e.g., Store Managers, Unit Leads).
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure consistent application of company policies, operational standards,



and customer service excellence.
- Identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements within the area.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive management experience, with a proven track record managing multiple locations or business units.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze business data and develop strategic plans.
- Experience working in a hybrid environment with potential travel to various sites.
