Chefs and Senior Chefs

About you: n
n
Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
n
At least
3 years' experience
working as a Chef in qualified kitchens
n
Must be available at least two days during weekdays
n
Experience in aged care, hospitals, schools, corporate catering, private residences or similar environments
n




Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety and WH&S; practices
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
n
Solid attention to detail and food presentation standards
n
Full working rights in Australia. Overseas application will not be considered, and sponsorship is not available for these positions.

Police Check or willingness to obtain one
n
Uniform: n
traditional long-sleeved chef jacket (plain, no logos), chef pants, knives, apron, chef hat and safety shoes
n
