Job Description
Sonic Human Resourcing Pty Ltd is seeking a Level 2 Desktop Support Technician for Tuggerah or Erina.
In this casual role, you will provide ad hoc technical support and resolve complex issues for our customers.
You will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, setup recent equipment, train users, and document activities.
The role requires 2+ years in desktop support, solid problem-solving, positive communication, and knowledge of Windows/Office 365; CompTIA A+ desirable.
