We are looking for a friendly, motivated and enthusiastic person to join our energetic team as aCustomer Service / Sales Support Officer .

No previous office or administration experience? That's okay. If you've worked in retail, hospitality, customer service or another people-focused environment and are looking for a change, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role

Based at our Head Office in Mitcham, your day will involve helping customers and supporting our Sales Team. Your responsibilities will include:

- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their enquiries
- Entering and processing customer orders
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Supporting our Sales Team with day-to-day activities
- Co-ordinating equipment required for medical conferences
- General administration and office duties as required

You’ll be given full training on our products, systems and processes,



sowe don't expect you to know the medical industry or our systems when you start.

About you

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Friendly, approachable and enjoys helping people
- Confident communicating with customers over the phone and by email
- Reliable, organised and keen to learn
- Comfortable working as part of a team, as well as independently
- Able to manage multiple tasks and stay organised
- Comfortable using computers and willing to learn new systems
- Previous customer service experience is desirable, butoffice or administration experience is not essential
- Ideally able to start ASAP!

You might currently be working inretail, hospitality, customer service or another industry and be ready for a change. Perhaps you're looking for your first opportunity in an office setting or simply want to build a career somewhere with room to grow.
