Job Description
AECOM is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with our Water leadership team and shape the future workforce delivering key water infrastructure projects in Australia and Current Zealand.

This 12-month fixed-term contract role is based in Melbourne or Sydney with hybrid work. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, build talent pipelines, advise senior leaders, and guide international hires including visa pathways.
