GH Talent is seeking an HR Advisor to genuinely own the HR function for a growing specialist labour-hire and apprenticeship business across Victoria, NSW and Queensland.
You'll report to the General Manager and have real scope to build systems and policies from the ground up.
You'll ensure Fair Work compliance, develop tailored HR policies, and provide practical advice on employee relations while managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for internal staff.
