Machine Technology Group is seeking a proactive customer-facing coordinator to manage inbound orders and enquiries across FountainLine and IDC Medical. You will split responsibilities evenly between both brands, handling product guidance, order entry and problem-solving.

You will build trust with customers by asking explicit questions, tracking commitments and guiding issues through to completion, while learning two product settings and maintaining accurate data in ERP/CRM systems.
