Hastings Deering is seeking an HV Technical Trainer to lead High Voltage training for internal technicians, mine site personnel, and external customers.
The role includes classroom, workshop, and hands-on field training aligned with customer requirements and site settings.
You will develop materials, assessments, and learning resources while coaching learners and collaborating with operational leaders to identify training needs.
Travel to customer and mine sites will be required.
