Advantage Healthcare Support in the Lake Macquarie NSW region is seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to provide person-centred care to a participant with complex needs, helping maintain independence, wellbeing and quality of life.

You will undertake daily living support, personal care, transport and social activities, planning outings, and accompanying clients to appointments; this adaptable, casual role requires availability across weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
