TSM Strata is seeking a motivated Junior Owners Corporation Manager to join our Melbourne team. You’ll work with experienced managers to develop your skills and progressively take on a portfolio of smaller, low-touch Owners Corporations.

We aim to train, support and develop you over the first three months, with a transparent pathway to managing your own portfolio and ongoing guidance from leadership.
