The Role:

- Permanent position
- Carry out reactive maintenance repairs in occupied and void social housing properties – Northampton-Stratford Upon Avon patch
- Repair and maintain occupied properties
- Deliver high-quality, safe work with a strong focus on resident satisfaction
- Start – ASAP

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven reactive maintenance experience, ideally in social housing
- Qualified with NVQ3 and 18th Edition
- Ability to work independently in a reactive setting
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Full UK driving license

What We Offer:

- £37,440base salary + 5% bonus paid every March pro rata and ON call 1 week in every 5-6 weeks paid £100 for the week + £50 per call out
- Mon – Fri 8am- 4.30pm
