Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems (QMS) according to ISO or other relevant standards.
- Analyze production data to identify root causes of quality defects and implement corrective actions.
- Design and refine inspection procedures, test methods, and quality control protocols.
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits to ensure compliance.




- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to integrate quality considerations into new product development and process changes.
- Train personnel on quality procedures and best practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering or industrial engineering with a quality focus.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and statistical quality control.
- Experience with root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams).
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
