A fantastic prospect is available for an experienced Warehouse Assistant / Storeperson to join the team in Carole Park with one of Australia's leading earthmoving parts specialists.
This role offers casual employment with the opportunity to transition to a permanent position for the right candidate.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- General hands-on warehousing work
- Picking and packing of orders for internal and external customers
- Forklift operation including loading and unloading of vehicles
- Checking incoming and outgoing stock and products
- Computer input for orders and receipts
- Maintaining a safe and clean warehouse
- Regular stocktaking
To be considered for this opportunity, you should demonstrate or hold:
- A current forklift licence and experience
- Minimum Class C drivers licence
- At least 2 years previous warehouse experience
- Well presented, enthusiastic, reliable and punctual
- Willingness to work in a team environment
- Flexibility to work extra days or hours if requested
- Availability to work 7:30am – 4:00pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility on start and finish times
