Job Description
Australian Department of Defence – Townsville QLD is seeking a Team Leader to lead a Level 1 helpdesk team delivering phone and email support with limited face-to-face interaction.
You will coach, set goals, manage performance, and promote staff well-being in a quick-paced, evolving workplace.
You will provide quality advice based on legislation, policy, and procedures, and travel between sites as required with a valid driver's licence.
A Merit Pool may be established.
