Job Description
Randstad is seeking an experienced banking skilled or dispute resolution specialist to join a national dispute resolution team based in Melbourne CBD.
You will act as an impartial adjudicator, thoroughly investigating complex financial disputes and issuing written findings that deliver fair outcomes for consumers and banks.
Onboarding includes 6–8 weeks of full time in-office training in Melbourne CBD, after which a hybrid mode (3 days in office / 2 days work-from-home) applies.
