The role is office-based, five days a week, with face-to-face and remote issue resolution to keep operations running smoothly.
Applicants should have a Bachelor's Degree in IT, solid customer service skills, and hands-on experience with Windows, Exchange, Active Directory, DHCP, and VMware.
Travel between sites and after-hours on-call support are required.
