Southern Cross Community Healthcare is hiring a Disability Support Worker for Mossman, QLD. You will assist participants in their own homes, support independence, and help with personal care, daily activities, meal prep, and transport in a group-home setting.

Shifts include and with weekend and overnight flexibility. Applicants should have a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging/Disability) or equivalent and be willing to obtain NDIS clearance, First Aid, WWCC.
