Take ownership of the retail operation, lead and develop your team, influence sales and merchandising, and make a genuine contribution to the success of two busy community pharmacies.
These roles suit confident leaders who enjoy hands‐on management, solid customer engagement, and keeping a pharmacy running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day‐to‐day retail operations
Prepare rosters and maintain appropriate staffing levels
Oversee ordering, stock control, stocktakes and supplier returns
Minimise shortages, over‐ordering and dead stock
Drive sales through merchandising, promotions and category management




Maintain attractive displays, ticketing, planograms and store presentation
Monitor sales, GP, wages, costs and KPIs
Manage invoices, banking, cash reconciliation and suppliers
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve enquiries/complaints
Ensure S2/S3 and health & safety procedures are followed
Support community marketing activities and pharmacy promotions
Qualifications & Experience
S2/S3 certification or Certificate II/III in Community Pharmacy
Experience in pharmacy retail management
Strong stock control and inventory management skills
Invoice processing experience
Fred Office / Fred POS highly regarded
