Job Description
Australian Venue Co. is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead Anglers Tavern, a large, iconic Melbourne pub with dining, sports bar, beer garden and events. You will own P&L;, coach front-of-house teams and drive revenue across multiple streams while upholding exceptional standards.

You'll lead a hands-on, high-performing team and help shape guest experiences, compliance and community engagement in a busy, multi-faceted venue.
