Our client is seeking a qualified and compassionate Clinical Aromatherapist to provide specialized therapeutic treatments in Queenstown . This role involves using essential oils to support clients' physical and emotional well-being, addressing a range of health concerns from stress and anxiety to pain management and skin conditions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, create personalized aromatherapy blends, and administer treatments in a safe and professional environment. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of essential oil properties, safety protocols, and their therapeutic applications, contributing to a holistic approach to client care.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct client consultations to assess their health status, needs, and preferences regarding aromatherapy.
- Formulate custom essential oil blends tailored to individual therapeutic goals.
- Administer aromatherapy treatments, including diffusion, topical application, and inhalation methods.
- Educate clients on the safe and effective use of essential oils at home.
- Maintain accurate client records, including consultation notes,



blend formulations, and treatment responses.
- Stay current with research, regulations, and best practices in clinical aromatherapy.

Requirements

- Professional certification or diploma in Clinical Aromatherapy from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing clinical aromatherapy.
- Comprehensive knowledge of essential oils, their chemical constituents, and therapeutic properties.
- Understanding of contraindications and safety guidelines for essential oil use.
- Excellent client assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional and therapeutic practice environment.
