Due to continued growth and the commencement of several new premium residential appointments, T&M; Management Services is seeking experienced, polished and service-driven professionals to join our Concierge & Resident Services team.

We have several permanent, full-time Concierge opportunities available across prestigious luxury residential developments throughout Sydney, including the Sydney CBD, Inner Sydney, Eastern Suburbs and Darlinghurst.

THE OPPORTUNITY

At T&M;, Concierge is much more than a front desk role.

Our Concierge teams are an integral part of the day-to-day operation and presentation of the premium residential developments we manage. They are often the first point of contact for residents, guests, contractors and service providers and play an important role in creating a qualified, welcoming and secure residential environment.

Our service model combines the professionalism and attention to detail expected within a five-star hotel environmentwith the personal, relationship-focused service required within a luxury residential community.

- Monday to Friday day shifts
- Monday to Friday afternoon shifts

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the face of the building,



you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for residents while assisting with the smooth day-to-day operation, presentation and security of the property.

Responsibilities may include:

- Delivering professional and welcoming front-of-house Concierge services
- Building strong and professional relationships with residents and owners
- Responding promptly and professionally to resident enquiries and service requests
- Coordinating move-ins, move-outs, deliveries and resident bookings
- Managing visitor, contractor and service-provider access
- Facilitating communication between residents, contractors and Building Management
- Monitoring building security and access control
- Undertaking regular inspections of common property
- Assisting with building operations and reporting
- Maintaining exceptional lobby and common property presentation standards
- Ensuring building policies, procedures and protocols are consistently followed
- Using building management, access control and resident communication platforms
- Supporting the Building Management team in delivering high-quality service outcomes

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- A minimum of 3 years’ residential Concierge experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine commitment to premium customer and resident service
- A polished, professional and approachable manner
- Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities
- The ability to remain calm, professional and solutions-focused in a busy residential environment
- Strong attention to detail and presentation standards
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, databases and front-desk or building management platforms
- An understanding of residential building operations, security and access procedures




- The ability to work effectively with residents, Building Managers, contractors and service providers

MINIMUM APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

- Have at least 3 years’ residential Concierge experience

- Hold a current First Aid Certificate
- Have the legal right to work full time in Australia
- Are genuinely available to work the full-time roster applicable to the position for which you are applying
- Meet the communication, presentation, professionalism and experience standards outlined in this advertisement
