Due to continued practice growth, we are seeking two experienced and enthusiastic Full-Time Dental Assistants to join our friendly and supportive team.

We currently have two full-time positions available :

1 x Dental Assistant primarily based at our Coolangatta practice.

1 x Dental Assistant primarily based at our Robina practice.

While each role has a primary practice location, both positions require flexibility and a willingness to travel between our Southern Gold Coast practice locations when required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Have proven experience as a Dental Assistant (essential).
- Reception experience within a dental practice is highly regarded and will be an advantage.
- Be reliable, organised, and able to multitask in a busy clinical environment.
- Deliver exceptional patient care with a warm, professional, and caring approach.




- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Be flexible and willing to travel between our Southern Gold Coast locations as required.

Your Responsibilities

- Chairside assisting across a wide range of dental procedures.
- Preparing treatment rooms and sterilising instruments.
- Maintaining the highest standards of infection control.
- Assisting with stock management and general clinical duties.
- Providing outstanding patient care and creating a positive patient experience.
- Assisting with reception duties when required.
