Senior Hair Stylist / Salon Support – Full-Time Hybrid Role

Are you an experienced Senior Hair Stylist looking for something a little different while still keeping your hands in hair?

Epic Hair Designs is looking for a qualified Senior Stylist to join us in a unique full-time hybrid role , combining time on the salon floor with a key position in our Salon Support team.

The Role

This is a full-time position split across:

- 2 days per week working in salon as a Senior Hair Stylist

- 3 days per week working in Salon Support

It’s a great opportunity for a Senior Stylist who loves hairdressing and working with clients, but is also ready to broaden their experience and become involved in the operational side of a large salon group.

Your Salon Days

For two days each week, you’ll work on the salon floor as a Senior Stylist, delivering the high standard of hairdressing and client experience Epic is known for.

You’ll continue to:

- Cut, colour, style and care for clients

- Deliver exceptional consultations and client experiences

- Build and maintain client relationships

- Recommend professional home haircare

- Work as part of a supportive salon team

- Maintain strong professional and technical standards

Your Salon Support Days

For three days each week, you’ll work with our Salon Support team, assisting our network of salons, managers, stylists and clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing incoming calls, emails and client enquiries

- Assisting with appointments, bookings and salon schedules

- Supporting salons with Zenoti and day-to-day system enquiries

- Assisting stylists and managers with operational queries

- Supporting stock,



inventory and supplier processes

- Coordinating maintenance and salon requests

- Assisting with administration and reporting

- Helping ensure smooth communication across our salon network

- Providing professional and friendly support to both clients and team members

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll need to be a qualified Senior Hair Stylist , but just as importantly, you’ll be someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems and staying organised.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

- Hold a recognised hairdressing qualification

- Have experience working as a Senior Hair Stylist

- Have excellent communication and customer service skills

- Are confident using computers and digital systems

- Are organised and able to manage multiple priorities

- Enjoy problem-solving and helping others

- Have robust attention to detail

- Are qualified, positive and approachable

- Enjoy being part of a busy, collaborative team

Experience with Zenoti would be highly regarded, although training can be provided.
