Australian Venue Co. is seeking experienced kitchen crew for Hope Island Tavern on a casual basis with substantial hours during the summer season. Roles include Chef de Partie, Demi Chef, Commis Chef and Pizza Chef across multiple kitchen sections in a busy pub setting with outdoor spaces on the Gold Coast.

We value reliability, teamwork and pride in quality and presentation, and offer a supportive team, with opportunities across sections and staff discounts at AVC venues.
