Located in Kalgoorlie WA 6430 , The Miners Rest Motel is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Waiter Supervisor to become part of their team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervising and coordinating wait staff during daily food and beverage service.
- Allocating duties and service sections to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
- Providing professional food and beverage service and assisting staff during busy service periods.
- Greeting customers, taking orders and ensuring meals and beverages are served accurately and promptly.
- Monitoring service standards and assisting with customer enquiries, requests and complaints.
- Coordinating with kitchen and bar staff to support smooth and timely service.
- Assisting with the training and guidance of wait staff to maintain consistent service standards.
- Ensuring dining and service areas are properly prepared, maintained and presented.
- Supporting opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and general service duties.




- Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, responsible service and workplace procedures.

About you:

- At least one year of relevant experience in restaurant, hospitality or food and beverage service.
- Previous experience supervising or coordinating wait staff is highly regarded.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and support staff in a busy hospitality environment.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with kitchen, bar and front-of-house staff.
- Professional presentation and a strong commitment to providing quality customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

Job Type: Permanent/Full time

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum
