About the role
This is a hands-on position responsible for the assembly of broadacre and row crop planting & seeding equipment. Working as part of a small and supportive team, you will play an important role in ensuring our machinery is built to the highest standards of quality and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble broadacre & row crop planting and seeding equipment
- Complete general mechanical assembly tasks
- Interpret and work from assembly drawings and technical instructions
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and safely
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Contribute positively to a team-oriented team environment
About you
- Experience in machinery assembly or a similar hands-on mechanical role
- The ability to read and interpret assembly drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Good problem-solving skills and a practical approach to work
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Desirable qualifications and experience
- Experience within the agricultural machinery industry
- Mechanical knowledge of agricultural equipment and components
- Mechanical trade qualifications or a mechanical background
