Property Inspector (Bilingual preferred - Chinese & English)

Join The Property Investors Alliance Pty Ltd as a full-time Property Inspector . In this position, you will be responsible for conducting thorough property inspections and providing detailed reports to ensure the seamless management of our clients' residential real estate portfolios.

What you'll be doing

Perform property inspections (move-in/move-out & routine) and document findings in comprehensive reports

Liaise with Property Manager to address any issues or concerns or maintenance requirements arising from conducted inspections

What we're looking for

Passion towards residential property management

Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clear, well-structured inspection reports

Customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholder both internally (property management teams) and externally (tenants)





Proficiency in both Chinese and English languages (preferred)

Valid driver's licence to drive a PIA fleet to conduct inspections
