Job Description
Connect2Care is a rapid-growing Australian allied health company delivering services nationwide.
We offer a Recent Graduate Program to support graduates as they transition into practice, with weekly supervision and mentoring across a multidisciplinary team.
The role involves mobile community visits, telehealth, and hub-based work, with prospects to work from home when not seeing clients.
You will join a team of therapists and seniors across multiple disciplines.
