Uniting is seeking Casual Support Workers for adult and youth crisis accommodation across Parramatta LGA. You will provide secure, temporary accommodation and holistic support to adult women, men and young people, focusing on empowerment and recovery.

The role involves sleepovers, flexible shifts, rosters 24/7, on-call support, and collaboration with Case Managers. You will support clients from intake to exit and connect them with services including health, education and housing pathways.
