The Role:

In this hands‑on position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to ensure optimal vehicle safety and performance.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Repairs and fabricates metal parts for wheels and workshop equipment.
- Operating MIG & TIG welding equipment as required.
- Checks welds for strength, quality and defects.
- Repairs damaged rims,



frames and other metal components where suitable.
- Machine operation when repairing buckled wheels.
- Adhering to minimum tyre fitting requirements
- Maintain a safe and organised workshop

Who we're looking for:

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Previous experience in welding/steel fabrication, in particular TIG/MIG welding
- Ability & experience to operate modern equipment, to repair and align wheels
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good communication and teamwork skills
