The Role
Aussie Sports Activations is looking for a versatile, hands-on Operations Manager to run day-to-day hires, lead event site setups, and manage on-site teams. We need a adaptable problem-solver who wears many hats and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two event days are the same.
What You’ll Do
- Manage logistics, inflatable rentals, and equipment maintenance.
- Lead on-site event setup, operations, and casual staff management.
- Adapt to variable event schedules (early starts, late finishes, weekend activations).
- Support expansion into long-term attraction pop-ups, interstate travel (1 week to 3 months), and potential overseas projects.
What You Need
- Experience in event operations, logistics, or staff management.
- High adaptability and a true "get it done" attitude.
- Active First Aid, WWCC, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
