TeamKids is seeking a hands-on Second in Charge (2IC) at Nicholls Joint Facility to lead before and after school care. This permanent, part time role offers leadership opportunities, on-the-job coaching and the chance to make a positive difference for children, families and staff.
You’ll work split shifts, 7am–9am and 1:45pm–6pm, totaling about 28.75 hours weekly, with support from a Director of Service. Diploma qualification (or working toward) per ACECQA is preferred; we train you.
