About you:

- Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
- At least3 years' experience working as a Chef in professional kitchens
- Must be available at least two days during weekdays
- Experience in aged care, hospitals, schools, corporate catering,



private residences or similar environments
- Solid knowledge of HACCP, food safety and WH&S; practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent leadership, communication, organisation and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and food presentation standards
- Full working rights in Australia
- Police Check and Blue Card or willingness to obtain
- Flexibility to work across a variety of venues as required

Uniform: traditional long-sleeved chef jacket (plain, no logos), chef pants, knives, apron, chef hat and safety shoes
