Job Description
QIC Real Estate is seeking a Fund Analyst based in Brisbane to support the QIC Property Fund (QPF).
You will interrogate complex datasets, identify trends and translate analysis into actionable investment recommendations across investment, portfolio management, capital management and investor reporting.
You will contribute to valuation reviews, performance assessments and governance materials, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a high-performing setting.
