THE POSITION

- Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages using commercial coffee equipment
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a busy café environment
n
- Operate POS systems and process cash and card transactions accurately
n
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation
n
- Build positive relationships with students, staff, and customers
n
- Contribute to a welcoming, safe, and customer-focused café environment
n

THE PERSON

n

n
- Previous Barista experience in a café, hospitality, or similar environment
n




- Passion for coffee and delivering outstanding customer experiences
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Current Blue Card, or the ability to obtain one
n
- Remains calm, organised, and efficient during busy service periods
n
- Positive, approachable, and professional attitude
n
