We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Casual Pool Lifeguard to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all patrons using our aquatic facilities. This is a casual position, offering flexible hours to suit your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor pool areas to ensure the safety of all swimmers and patrons
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, including performing rescues and first aid
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a protected environment
- Conduct regular safety checks of pool equipment and facilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all patrons
- Assist with the setup and pack-down of aquatic programs and activities
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and daily pool operations

Requirements

- Current Pool Lifeguard qualification or equivalent certification




- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- Strong swimming ability and physical fitness
- Excellent observation and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
