Our client is looking for a sharp Industrial Process Analyst to join their team, focusing on operations in and around Queenstown . This role is dedicated to examining and improving industrial processes through detailed analysis and data interpretation. You will identify inefficiencies, propose data-driven solutions, and support the implementation of changes to boost productivity and reduce operational costs. Key Responsibilities

- Collect and analyze data related to production processes, material flow, and resource utilization.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within industrial operations.
- Develop process models, flowcharts, and visualizations to clearly present findings and recommendations.
- Research and evaluate potential solutions, including technology upgrades, process modifications, and workflow adjustments.
- Prepare detailed reports and present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to management and cross-functional teams.




- Support the implementation of approved process improvements and monitor their effectiveness.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Operations Research, or a related analytical field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in process analysis, industrial engineering, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (advanced functions, VBA), SQL, and statistical software packages.
- Experience with process mapping software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities, suitable for a remote role supporting operations in Queenstown .
