Key responsibilities

- Preparation of financial statements and income tax returns
- Preparation and lodgement of BAS and other compliance requirements
- Managing client accounts and reconciliations
- Liaising with clients and responding to enquiries
- Supporting senior accountants on a variety of client matters
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance obligations are met

About you

- 2 to 4 years' accounting experience
- A degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline
- Progress towards, or completion of, CA or CPA qualifications
- Experience using Xero and other cloud-based accounting platforms
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A skilled and client-focused approach
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
