Duties

- Lead clinical governance, quality improvement and compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
- Provide clinical oversight across a 70+ bed home with a dedicated memory support unit
- Directly manage two Clinical Care Coordinators and Registered Nurses
- Coach and mentor the clinical team to embed continuous improvement into daily practice
- Report directly to the Home Manager,

Skills & Experience

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated leadership experience in residential aged care
- Proven experience in clinical governance and regulatory compliance
- Strong understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
- Ability to coach and inspire multidisciplinary clinical teams
