Job Description
Stonebridge is seeking a Guest Service Agent for its Glenwood Springs hotel.
You will assist guests with check-in and check-out, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records to ensure a high level of service.
Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing payments, updating ledgers, coordinating with housekeeping, and answering inquiries about hotel services and local attractions.
Prior front desk experience is preferred; solid communication and cash handling skills are
