Job Description
UKG is seeking a Customer Account Manager to own a portfolio of SMB customers in ANZ, up to 600 employees.
Responsibilities include strengthening relationships, supporting renewals, managing churn risk and identifying growth opportunities to drive value for customers.
You will work in a rapid-paced, high-volume setting, collaborating with internal stakeholders and partners to deliver outcomes and ensure customer success across the region.
