Sydney Lawns and Gardens is seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide our garden maintenance crew. You will supervise a 2–4 person team in office, liaise directly with clients, and manage daily rosters while supporting the business owner across day-to-day operations.
This hands-on leadership role requires strong horticultural knowledge, excellent communication, and a commitment to OH&S; standards. Local to Sydney preferred, with a focus across the Eastern Suburbs, city and Lower North Shore.
