Future Generation Joint Venture (FGJV) is seeking an IT professional to provide desktop and remote end-user support across multiple sites for Snowy 2.0. The role covers troubleshooting software and hardware, setting up devices, and assisting the IT Network Supervisor to meet site IT needs.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field, IT certifications (MCSA/MCSE/CCNA/ITIL), a White Card, and at least 2 years supporting an IT workplace with 60+ computers.
