Job Description
John Morris Group is seeking a capable Warehouse Lead (2IC) to act as the Warehouse Manager's second-in-command.
The role is hands-on, leading from the floor, and stepping up to run the team when the Manager is away.
You will manage on-floor operations, prioritise orders, and uphold safety and productivity across receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
This is a small, busy team with real impact and growth prospects.
