Job Description
Providence Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care to an assigned group of patients/residents in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
The LPN will follow established policies and the Standards of Practice for LPNs, coordinating with RN/RPN when needed.
The role includes conducting assessments, developing care plans, administering medications, and documenting progress while upholding patient safety and dignity in all care activities.
