Bupa is seeking a dedicated customer service qualified to support Health Insurance customers from our Melbourne office.
In this permanent, full time role, you will resolve enquiries, review cover, and tailor health insurance solutions while upholding Bupa's values and customer-first approach.
You'll participate in an 11-week training program, work Monday to Friday within 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and operate in a hybrid setup with two in-office days weekly.
