Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a hands-on Concrete Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day batching, logistics and plant operations in Cairns.
You'll lead a small team, ensure AS batching standards, manage stock in SAP, and maintain safety and quality while meeting customer deadlines.
You'll collaborate with the Plant Manager, drive continuous improvement, and support drivers and contractors on site.
