Two-year temporary full-time traineeship, commencing February .
Canterbury-Bankstown Council takes trainees into its customer service team for two years and puts them through a TAFE course while they work.
The job is answering resident enquiries on the phone and at the counter in Bankstown, for one of the largest councils in NSW.
Previous customer service experience is not essential, but you need full unrestricted working rights in Australia, and the traineeship does not start until February .
Requirements:
Be a current Year 12 student, recent school leaver, or early career qualified
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Computer literacy skills




Previous experience in a customer service role is not essential but advantageous
Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid work permit/visa with full unrestricted working rights
The role offers:
Salary commences at $38,272 (T3 at 17 years of age) or $44,746 (T4 at 18+ years or completed HSC), plus 12% super
Two-year Temporary Full time traineeship commencing in February
