The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role oversees all aspects of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communication to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Senior Project Manager serves as a key leader on the project team, providing strategic direction, mentoring staff, and building solid relationships with owners, designers, and trade partners while upholding the company's values and commitment to excellence.

- Identifyrisksandimplementsolutionsthatprotectsafety,quality,andfinancialoutcomes.
- Buildstrongrelationshipswithsubcontractors,consultants,andvendors.
- Ensurecompliancewithcompanypolicies,safetystandards,andindustrybestpractices.
- Leadprojectcloseouteffortsanddeliveraseamlessturnovertotheclient.

WhatYouBring

- Bachelor'sdegreeinConstructionManagement,Engineering,orrelatedfield(or
- equivalentexperience).
- 8-12+ yearsofprogressiveexperiencemanagingcommercialconstructionprojects.
- Atleast5yearsofexperiencemanagingdatacenterormission-criticalprojects.
- Provenabilitytosuccessfullydeliverprojectsexceeding$40M+.
- Strongleadershipskillswiththeabilitytomentorandmotivateteams.
- Excellentcommunication,negotiation,andclientrelationshipskills.
- Proficiencywithprojectmanagementsoftware(Procore,Bluebeam,MSProject,etc.).
- Abilitytotraveltosupportprojectneeds.
